Abstract

The health centre has a wide range of human resources that are customized by various types of services that must be given to the communities who need them. In order to increase the effectiveness of human resources that can be employed effectively and efficiently in carrying out their duties.
This the research used analytical research with cross-sectional approach. The population of this study amounted to 57 health workers in the GambirBaru Health Centre, the sample for this study was taken by using total sampling, which was 57 respondents. Data were obtained directly from respondents who filled out the questionnaire according to their opinions. The data were analyzed by conducting a univariate, bivariate and multivariate test with multiple registers logical tests at α = 0.05.
The results of the study showed that the variable Organizational Culture (sig = 0.036) and Working Environment (sig = 0.018) had an effect on positivity on health workers in GambirBaru Health Centre in Asahan District of 2018. The most independent variables affecting the dependent variable were an organizational culture with value exp (B) = 12,677. Partially both the organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers in GambirBaru Health Centre, Asahan Regency.
It is recommended that the GambirBaru Community Health Centre of Asahan Regency pay attention to the application of organizational culture and the comfort issues of the work environment in the new Gambir Health Center, Asahan Regency. And it is hoped to the Head of GambirBaru Community Health Center, Asahan Regency, plans to develop and increase the capacity of health workers in the GambirBaru Health Centre, Asahan Regency
