Abstract

Pregnant women is one of the groups that are prone to malnutrition, due to an increase in nutritional needs to meet the needs of the mother and the fetus in the womb. Nutritional problems that many occur in pregnant women are anemic. Anemia in pregnant women is a situation where the level of hermoglobin under 11 gr%. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of Fe Tablets Consumption compliance With the incidence of Anaemia In pregnant women at the Clinic the year 2018 Kuala.
The research is a survey using the analytic approach of cross sectional. This research was carried out in the territory of kuala simpang in Simpang KotaKuala year 2018 Clinics in July-September 2018. The population in this research is the entire trimester pregnant mothers II of 12-27 week coming to the Clinics of Kuala Simpang as many as 48 people. Sampling techniques in the study done by the technique of total population sample was made entirely of research as many as 48 people. Results of the study were analyzed using univariate analysis and bivariat with chi-square test.
From the results of this research obtained compliance in consuming tablets Fe from 48 respondents expecting mothers who dutifully consume Tablets Fe 20 respondents (62.5%) and pregnant women who do not obey consume Tablets Fe ebanyak 18 respondents (37.5%). The incidence of anaemia of pregnant mothers who are respondents 48 anemic as many as 29 respondents (60.4%), anemia and its not as much as the 19 respondents (39.6%).
Conclusions in this study is there compliance with the consumption of Fe Tablets Genesis Anemia In pregnant women at the Clinic the year 2018 Kuala with 0.001 probability values or < 0.05. For the health of Kuala, is expected to health workers to give a deeper health counselling to pregnant women about the signs dangers pregnant women particularly anemic.
