Abstract
In achieving goals and many more that are important in the fulfillment and comfort of the workers. Based on the World Health Organization, shows that Indonesia is included in the 5 countries with the cheapest health workers, besides Vietnam, Argentina, Nigeria and India. This is due to aspects of welfare fulfillment. From the information obtained, around 175,000 employees of 98,512 people, or 56%, were concerned about the low incentives received from the masses where they worked. Research to analyze the factors related to health services in Langsa Health Centre of Langsa Aceh Province in 2018.
The study used analytic with a cross-sectional study design. The population was all health workers in the Langsa Health Centre of Langsa Aceh Province amounted 65 resp[ondents. The sampling technique used exhaustive sampling. Data analysis was performed with univariable, bivariable and multivariable analyzes.
The result of the study is the relationship of knowledge with health work motivation with (p=0.006), there is a relationship with health morale with (p = .000), there is an incentive relationship with labor motivation health with a (p = .000), there is a relationship between environmental conditions and morale with a value of (p = .000). Whereas job promotion that has no relationship with health work motivation with p value ( .689) > α ( .05). The influence of these variables is a very important factor for health workers in Langsa Lama Health Center in Langsa Aceh Province in 2018 with a p value of 0,000 <α 0,05.
To increase the cost of health workers in Langsa Lama Health Centre of Langsa Aceh Province can increase knowledge, health, responsibility, improve conditions of good activities, and increase promotion activities.
