Abstract
Quality health services are health services that can satisfy every user of health care services in accordance with the level of satisfaction of the average population and its implementation in accordance with the code of ethics and standards of professional service available. The researchers interviewed a small number of outpatients who waited for the prescription, complaining about the length of waiting to get the drug, the limited availability of drugs, the waiting facilities and the lack of drug information. The purpose of this study was to analyze the outpatient satisfaction of pharmacy service at Sri Pamela Medica Nusantara Hospital in 2018.
The research design was an analytic survey using cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all outpatients at Sri Pamela Medica Nusantara TebingTinggi Hospital in September 2017 until December 2017 which amounted to 25,010 people with an average patient of 6,252 people per month. Determination of samples with Slovin formula as many as 375 people and sampling by accidental sampling.Data collection using questioner then analyzed by using chi-squere test and multiple logistic regression test.
The results showed that there was influence of pharmacy service (prescription screening p-value = 0.000, p-value drug package = 0,035, drug delivery p-value = 0,018 and p-value = 0,002) to pharmacy service and the most influential variable prescription screening with p value 0,000 <0.05 and an OR value of 2,638 means poor prescription screening has a probability of 2,638 times causing an outpatient outpatient in service.
The conclusion of this research is the variable of prescription screening, drug packing, drug delivery and bad drug information affecting the outpatient dissatisfaction in pharmacy service of Sri Pamela Medika Nusantara TebingTinggi Hospital. Suggestion to the management at Sri Pamela Medica Nusantara Hospital can improve their ability and skill by following Pharmaceutical Care training to give pharmacy service to patient maximally.
