Abstract

The quality of nursing services as an indicator of the quality of health services is one of the determinants of the image of health care institutions. The assessment of the satisfaction of patients carried out in employment care focuses on 5 indicators of care services during midwifery, namely: Safety, care for self, comfort, anxiety and knowledge of patients. Based on these data, the occurrence of red blood cells is still high under the minimum standard of care for hospital admissions by 5%. The purpose of the study is to analyzes the effect of covering care services for patients who are inpatient care at at General Hospital of Tk II Putri Hijau Kesdam I / Bb. Research design survey of this study is cross sectional. The sample of this study amounted 146 patients. Data analysis used the first regression logic.
The results of the study showed a significant association between the safety variables of patients (p = 0.002) OR = 3.0, self-care (p = 0.000) OR = 17.2, comfort (p = 0.021) OR = 2.1, anxiety (p = 0.020) OR = 2.2 and knowledge (p = 0.000) OR = 12.6 with the satisfaction of nursing patients. In the multivariate analysis 3 the influential variables on the patient's satisfaction were self-care (p = 0.000), knowledge (p = 0.000) and comfort (p = 0.023), but care for the most dominant variable affected the patient's care (Exp (B) = 13.681).
The conclusion of this study is the relationship between safety, self-care, comfort, anxiety and knowledge of patients with hospitalization satisfaction were found. The variable of Self-care is the most dominant quality of nursing care affecting the satisfaction of inpatients
It is recommended for the nursing committee to make an SOP for self-care uniformity for all patients and to educate all patients in the inpatient installation.
