Abstract
According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015, the ideal rate for cesarean delivery was between 10-15% of the total deliveries. Patients with saesaria section delivery incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen and the incision wound must obtain optimal treatment so that the healing process runs optimally as well. One of the factors that influence the process of wound healing is early mobilization. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of early mobilization to wound healing from sectio postoperative surgery in RSU Melati Perbaung in 2018
This study uses an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth in a section section in Melati Perbaungan General Hospital in September with sampling using acindetal sampling. Data collection is taken from primary, secondary, and tertiary data. Data analysis using univariate analysis in the form of frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test at a confidence level of 95%.
The results showed, as many as 5 respondents (16.7%) did good early mobilization and as many as 15 respondents (50.0%) who healed Wounds Post Surgery Section Seaseaa quickly. The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained a value of p = 0.005 where p <a (0.042 <0.05).
The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between Early Mobilization and Healing of Seasarea Section Surgery Post Wounds in Melati Perbaungan General Hospital in 2018. It is recommended that health workers can increase their role regarding postpartum maternal counseling and the need for further research to find out which variables can be complications of Healing Post Surgery Injuries Post Section Seasarea.
