Abstract
Indonesia is one of the largest developing countries with a low level of health, which is now indicated by the high concentration of maternal anemia, out of 175 deaths caused by bleeding factors, such as 47 maternal anemia, 10 infections, 3 breastmilk, 3 abortions, etc. 70, then 38 factors of inflammation.
The type of research was analytical survey with cross-sectional approach. The population of the study was 46 people and samples of 46 respondents. Taking samples were taken with total sampling. The data were analyzed by using univariate and bivariate with square-square.
From the results of the analysis, the ovariate showed that 46 respondents of anemia were 25 mothers (54.3%) and those who were not anemic were 21 mothers (45.7%). The bivariate results showed that the association of consumption of iron tablet (Fe) (p = 0.024), parity (p = 0.004), occupation (p = 0.009). The results conclude that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
The conclusions of this study are the relationship between consumption of tablet iron, parity and work with anemia in maternal pregnancy. It is expected that the clinic will be born so that it can provide counseling for pregnancy and pregnancy to the risk of anemia in pregnancy and do so in the prevention of anemia prevention.
