Abstract
Activities at the eath service care are real activities that involve community participation in the efforts of health services from the community and by people who have received education and training from community health centers regarding basic health services. At first the health service care obtained family planning and health services in its development, Eath service care can be fostered into a communication and service forum in the community.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of Eath service care cadres and their linkages in improving Eath service care strata in the Wilayaha Work of Teupah Barat Health Center in Simeulue Regency. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, which was carried out in Teupah Barat District, Simeulue Regency, in February-August 2018, the informants in this study were 8 people. Data collection methods using indept interviews, and observations.
The results showed that the average informant had a low level of education, the informant still had less knowledge, the informant had already received training / coaching from the health center / health office, all informants received salaries / wages every 6 (six) months, the informant had a perception the good, the informant has a good attitude, the informant has the motivation to become a cadre, the potential of the resource is still not good, the informant does not have a eath service care policy, the social conditions of the community are in good category, the leadership of the cadre chairman is in the good category.
The performance of informants as one of the cadres is still not good due to the lack of public education and the lack of knowledge of informants about eath service care and the lack of introduction of infrastructure in eath service care activities. good, informants can have good performance.
