Abstract
Abortion that often occurs is spontaneous abortion, the fetus it contains has come out in part and some are left in the uterus. The aim of the study was to determine the factors related to pregnant women with abortion at the Puskesmas Malintang, Bukit Malintang Subdistrict, Mandailing Natal District, 2017-2018.
The design of this study is analytic survey research. This research was conducted at the Malintang Health Center. The population in the study were all abortion mothers who visited as many as 52 people. Samples were taken from January to September 2018. So the number of samples totaling 52 people.
The results of research on risk age (<20 years and> 35 years) were 27 people (51.9%) and not at risk (20 to 35 years) as many as 25 people (48.1%). Moderate Primipara were 27 people (51.9%) and multiparous as many as 25 people (48.1%). Severe anemia was 21 people (40.4%), moderate anemia was 20 people (38.5%) and mild anemia was 11 people (21.2%). Imminent abortion was 14 people (26.9%), insipid abortion was 17 people (32.7%) and incomplete abortion was 21 people (40.4%).
The results of the chi-square test showed that pValue = 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there was a relationship between age, parity and anemia in pregnant women with abortion at the Puskesmas Malintang, Bukit Malintang Subdistrict, Mandailing Natal District, 2017-2018. It is recommended for pregnant women to know the factors that are related to pregnant women with abortion so there is no abortion.
