Abstract

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia states that the quality of health services is everything that includes performance that shows the level of perfection of health services, not only that can cause satisfaction for patients in accordance with the average satisfaction of the population but also in accordance with established standards and codes of professional ethics. Quality is one of the
important elements in every health service. Therefore, in providing health services for the community, health service providers must always maintain the quality of services provided. The goal to be achieved in this study is to analyze the Effect of Pharmaceutical Services on Outpatient Satisfaction at Rokan Hulu Hospital.
This type of research uses a descriptive analytical survey with a cross- sectional design. The population in this study was all outpatients who took drugs at the Pharmacy Installation of Rokan Hulu Riau Hospital in 2022 with an average of 322 patients visiting smpel collection using the Accidental sampling method. While the sample was 76 people. Data analysis was carried out by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis.
Based on the results of the chi-square test, it is known that patient satisfaction affects Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy p = 0.001, meaning that there is an influence of Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on patient satisfaction.
From the results of the multivariate analysis, it is known that the most influential variable inthis assessment is the Reliability variable with an OR value of 83,966.
The conclusion in this study is that the reliability variable has a more dominant value, meaning that the reliability variable most affects patient satisfaction at the Pharmacy Installation of Rokan Hulu Riau Hospital. For pharmacyinstallation workers, it is expected to always provide good services to patients and in order to add insight and competence by attending training both internal and external training,
