Abstract
WHO in 2018-2019 reported that globally, tuberculosis is one of the top IO causes of death worldwide. Indo- nesia is the country with the largest tuberculosis-assisted disease that needs attention in treating tuberculosis cases. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of knowledge, attitude, motivation, side effects, fam- ily support, support from health workers and the dominant factors influencing drug adherence of pulmonary TB patients in the working area of the Glugur Darat Health Center. The research method used a cross- sectional population survey and a quantitative research method with a total population survey approach. a to- tal of 145 people. and data analysis using univariate, bivariate and multivariate. Based on logistic regression test that attitude 0.046, motivation sig 0.025, side effect-batsig 0.034, family support sig 0.000 has an effect on adherence to taking medication for pulmonary TB patients. It is recommended for families to act as PMO so that they can supervise pulmonary TB patients to encourage adherence to medication and self-confidence to take medication.
