Abstract

Hidayah General Hospital of Delitua is a private hospital that serves the public health. The service quality of Hidayah General Hospital is still not maximal causing the loyality visits of inpatients is also inadequate.
The type of the present study is a survey using explanatory approach or explanatory research which aims to know the influence of service quality covering 5 indicators namely tangible (direct evidence), responsiveness (reliability), reliability (reliability), assurance (assurance) and caring (emphaty ) to the loyalty of the patients seeking treatment at the inpatient installation of Hidayah Delitua Hospital The population in this study is the whole family of inpatients using Medical service at Hidayah Delitua General Hospital that is as much as (74) the patient is taken from the average patient per month. Determination of the sample using the total sampling method so that there are as many as 74 research samples. Data analysis was done by logistic regression test to know the most influential variable to patient loyality treatment.
The result of research shows that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy give simultaneous and partial influence to patient loyalty treatment The most dominant factor influencing patient loyalty in Hidayah Delitua General Hospital is physical proof and guarantee. This is indicated by the highest Exp (B) value generated by physical evidence, which is 8,498 followed by the assurance variable with the value of Exp (B) 7,750.
The conclusion of the study is that the better is the quality of health services, the better is the loyalty of the patient's treatment. It is proven by the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, guarantees and empathy that the majority of poor so that leads to decreased loyalty visit treatment of patients..It is suggested to To Hidayah Delitua Hospital that improve the reliability of officers in providing services for patients so that patient loyalty treatment can be maximized. It is suggested to Hidayah Delitua General Hospital, to pay more attention to the aspect of the physical evidence so that the loyalty of the patient can be maximized
