Abstract
Elderly (elderly) is someone who has reached 60 years and over both men and women. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the use of Posbindu Elderly in the work area of Naga Timbul Southeast Aceh Health Center, Ukhat Peseluk in 2019.
This research uses analytical survey method with Cross Sectional approach..Population is 146 people and a sample of 59 people. Quantitative data analysis uses the chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. The results of this study show that the use of posbindu elderly does not utilize posbindu 40 people with the results of the chi-square test showing variables of knowledge, attitudes, access, support of health workers. The results of multiple logistic regression tests showed that the knowledge variable was most influential on the use of Posbindu Elderly and
The conclusion of this study is that there is an Influence of Knowledge and Relationship, attitudes, access, and support of health officers with the Utilization of Elderly Posbindu in the Work Area of Naga Timbul Health Center in Southeast Aceh Ukhat Peseluk Village in 2019.
It is recommended that the Desa Ukhat Peseluk Puskesmas Naga Timbul Southeast Aceh further enhance its role in providing training to health workers and be able to promote the use of elderly Posbindu and health workers should also Door to Door in providing counseling especially about elderly Posbindu.
