Abstract

Antenatal Care (ANC) by professional midwives who have legal aspects or provide quality services and are demanded by all parties involved, but the quality of services provided will never be perfect so that everyone who receives service will have a different perception. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the satisfaction of maternal in services at the Teupah Tengah Public Health Centre in Simeulue Regency in 2019.
This type of research was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all maternal who visited to receive ANC services starting from K1-K4 at Teupah Tengah Health Centre in Simeulue District amounted 41 people from March to July 2019. Samples were taken by total population technique. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariate using the chi-square test.
The results of the study based on the results of the chi-square test obtained on the reliability variable p-value .001(<.05), responsibility p-value 0.000(<.05), guaranteed p-value .007(<.05) , empathy p-value .007(<.05) and means variable p-value .015(<.05) which means that there is a significant relationship between reliability, responsibility, guarantee, empathy and facilities with the satisfaction of maternal in services.
The conclusion of this study, the factors of reliability, responsibility, guarantee, empathy and facilities related to the satisfaction of maternal in ANC services at the Teupah Middle Health Centre in Simeulue Regency in 2019. It is recommended for maternal to add information about services ANC.
