Abstract

For the mother during pregnancy is one of the important times in her life. During pregnancy, the mother must prepare to welcome the birth of her baby. A healthy mother can give birth to a healthy and physically perfect baby with sufficient body weight. The nutritional status of the mother in pregnancy influences the nutritional status of the fetus. Maternal food intake can enter the fetus through the umbilical cord that is connected to the mother's body. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the nutritional status of pregnant women with the incidence of anaemia in the Kuala Makmur Health Center, Simeulue Regency in 2019.
The research design used was an analytic survey. The population in this study was 37 respondents. The sampling technique is a total population of 41 people. The research data was taken using top Lila and Sahli Hb.

the results of this study, nutritional status of pregnant women who are not normal as many as 21 respondents (56.8%), no anemia as much as 1 respondent (4.8%), anemia as many as 20 respondents (54.1%) and normal as many as 16 respondents (43.2%).), respondents who were not anaemic were 10 respondents (27.%), who were anemic as many as 6 respondents (16.2%). The results of the statistical assessment were P values = 0.;000 < .05, from the results of this study, found Ha: There was a relationship between maternal nutritional status pregnant with anaemia at Kuala Makmur Health Center, Simeulue Regency in 2019.
The conclusion many pregnant women with poor nutritional status and anaemia. It is recommended that pregnant women increase their nutritional intake and consume Fe tablets and have their pregnancy checked at least 4 times during pregnancy. To health workers to provide counselling to pregnant women during the examination.
