Abstract
Patient satisfaction is the result of the gap between the expected and the characteristics felt by the patient from the service received. Good drug service is one of the basic needs needed by everyone in their treatment. Health Center is a health service organization which is basically a public service organization. This study aims to determine patient satisfaction regarding pharmaceutical services at Melati Health Center in Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2019.
This research is a non-experimental research with a descriptive approach. The type of data collected includes primary and secondary data, where data was collected by collecting questionnaires and documentation.
The results showed that patients were satisfied with pharmaceutical services at Melati Health Center in Serdang Bedagai Regency based on five dimensions including (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and appearance), with an average value of 60.39%.
The conclusions from the results of research on the level of patient satisfaction with pharmacy services at Melati Health Center in Serdang Bedagai Regency showed that the perception of the greatest level of satisfaction was on the Reliability dimension (52.92%), responsiveness dimension (52.45%), guarantee dimension (66.25%), empathy dimension (66.25%), and appearance dimension (57.75%) thus, the average percentage of patient satisfaction with pharmacy services at Melati Health Center Serdang Bedagai Regency as a whole is 63.59% with the classification of satisfaction is satisfied.
