Abstract

Quality of service is the degree of providing services efficiently and effectively in accordance with professional standards. Service standards carried out thoroughly in accordance with patient needs, utilizing appropriate technology and research results in the development of health services in order to achieve optimal health degrees.
The aim of this sudy was have a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of community health status that provide health services.
This research method This type of research used quantitative survey with cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all patients who came for outpatient treatment at RSU Full Bethesda in Deli Serdang Regency were 3,169 patients. The sample to be studied is 97 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed by performing chi-square analysis test.
The conclusion of this study The conclusion shows that all variables have an influence in Full Bethesda General Hospital Deli Serdang District, (Tangible p=.013, Reliability p=.012, Responsiveness p=.006, Assurance p=.016 and Empathy p=.012) and the most dominant variable was Responsiveness variable with p = .006.
