PERSEPSI TENAGA KESEHATAN TERHADAP PERAN APOTEKER DALAM PELAYANAN FARMASI KLINIK DI RUMAH SAKIT
UMUM CUT MEUTIA KABUPATEN ACEH UTARA

Pelayanan farmasi di lingkungan rumah sakit telah berubah dari yang awalnya drugs oriented menjadi patients oriented. Farmasi klinis adalah perluasan peran dalam profesi farmasi yang tidak hanya berorientasi kepada obat namun juga kepada pasien dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas terapi obat. Rumah Sakit Umum Cut Meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara telah menerapkan pelayanan farmasi klinik oleh apoteker pada sebagian pasien rawat inap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi tenaga kesehatan terdapat peran apoteker dalam pelayanan farmasi klinik di Rumah Sakit Umum Cut Meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara.
Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan atau peristiwa yang terjadi dengan cara pengumpulan data sekaligus pada suatu waktu. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden yang berlatar pekerjaan dokter umum, dokter spesialis, dokter gigi, perawat dan bidan. Kuisioner berbentuk checklist dengan 18 pernyataan mengenai peran apoteker dalam pelayanan farmasi klinik berdasarkan buku Basic Skills in Clinical Pharmacy Practice dan dinilai dengan skala Guttman. Data yang terkumpul diproses dengan software SPSS.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai skor persepsi rata-rata untuk seluruh penyataan tentang peranan apoteker dalam pelayanan farmasi klinik terkait pasien adalah 10,37 dan terkait lingkungan rumah sakit adalah 5,42.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sebagaian besar nilai persepsi tenaga kesehatan tentang peranan apoteker dalam pelayanan farmasi klinik terkait pasien maupun lingkungan rumah sakit adalah setuju yaitu sebanyak 95 responden (95%).

Pharmaceutical services in the hospital environment have changed from being drug oriented to being patient-oriented. Clinical pharmacy is an expanding role in the pharmaceutical profession that is not only drug-oriented but also to patients and aims to improve the quality of drug therapy Cut Meutia Hospital, = has implemented clinical pharmacy services by pharmacists in some inpatients. This study aims to determine the perception of health personnel to the role of pharmacists in clinical pharmacy services at the Cut Meutia Hospital, North Aceh Regency.
This research method is a descriptive study. collecting data at once at a time. The sampling method is divided proportionally. The research sample of 100 respondents set in the work of general practitioners, specialist doctors, dentists, nurses and midwives. The questionnaire was in the form of a checklist with 18 statements regarding the role of pharmacists in clinical pharmacy services based on the Basic Skills in Clinical Pharmacy Practice book and was assessed on the Guttman scale. The collected data is processed with SPSS software.
The results of this study are the average perception score for all statements about the role of pharmacists in clinical pharmacy services related to patients is 10.37 and related to hospital environment is 5.42.
The conclusion of this research is that most of the perception of health workers about the role of pharmacists in clinical pharmacy services related to patients and the hospital environment is to agree that as many as 95 respondents (95%).
