Abstract
Abstrak
Pendahuluan : Pemerintah Indonesia mengembangkan program Community Lead Total Sanitation (CLTS) yang lebih fokus pada perilaku Stop BABS menjadi program Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM). Menurut data Desa Limau Sundai Kecamatan Air Putih terdapat 317 KK (60%) yang masih buang air besar sembarangan. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor predisposisi dengan perilaku buang air besar masyarakat setelah pemicuan STBM di Desa Limau Sundai Kecamatan Air Putih Kabupaten Batubara Tahun 2019. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey analtik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Kepala Keluarga yang ada di Desa Limau Sundai sebanyak 525 KK dan sampel sebanyak 227 KK yang diambil dengan teknik simple rendom sampling. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil : Hasil uji statistik menunjukan ada hubungan pengetahuan (p=0,000), sikap (p=0,000) dan status ekonomi (p=0,000) dengan Perilaku BAB masyarakat setelah pemicuan STBM di Desa Limau Sundai Kecamatan Air Putih Kabupaten Batu Bara Tahun 2019. Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan faktor predisposisi (pengetahuan, sikap dan status ekonomi) dengan Perilaku BAB masyarakat setelah pemicuan STBM. Disarankan kepada Kepala Desa Limau Sundai agar meningkatkan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat. Kepada Kepala Puskesmas agar melakukan pembinaan bagi masyarakat yang masih buang air besar sembarangan.

Abstract
Background : Indonesia government has developed a Community Lead Total Sanitation (CLTS) program that is more focused on the behaviour of Stop Open Defecation into a Community Lead Total Sanitation (CLTS) program. According to data from the Limau Sundai of Air Putih District, there are 317 households (60%) who still defecate openly. Objective: this study was to determine the relationship between predisposing factors and community bowel behaviour after CLTS triggering in Limau Sundai Village, Air Putih District, Batubara Regency in 2019. Method: This type of research was analytical survey research with cross-sectional design. The population of this research is the head of the family in the Limau Sundai village as many as 525 families and a sample of 227 families taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were analyzed by using univariate and bivariate with the chi-square test. Results: Statistical test results show there is a relationship of knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.000) and economic status (p = 0.000) with the behaviour of community defecation after CLTS triggering in Limau Sundai Village, Air Putih District, Batu Bara District in 2019. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between predisposing factors (knowledge, attitudes and economic status) with the behaviour of public defecation after triggering CLTS. It is recommended to the Head of Limau Sundai Village to increase public education. To the Head of Puskesmas to provide guidance for people who still defecate openly.
