Abstract

Hospitals according to RI Law number 44 of 2009 are health service organizations that provide health services either individually or in community groups, partially or completely that provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. The purpose of this study was to determine the service and value of achieving health for patients with mental disorders in the inpatient room of the Bina Karsa Psychiatric Hospital Medan.
This research was using descriptive qualitative research conducted at the Bina Karsa Psychiatric Hospital in Simalingkar A Medan. The research was done in June 2019. Determination of the informants in this study was done with the purposive sampling technique. Medical Committee, Head of Inpatient Nursing, Head of Hospital Administration, Head of the Neighborhood around Bina Karsa Psychiatric Hospital Medan.
The results of this study show that Health Services for patients with mental disorders in Bina Karsa Psychiatric Hospital Medan. Found in accordance with the KARS Guidelines, there is evidence that KARS gave a certificate of graduation from Bina Karsa Psychiatric Hospital Medan on November 14, 2016, signed by Dr.dr.Sutoto.M, KES.Ka Ekskutif KARS Jakarta. Achievement value of Bina Karsa Psychiatric Hospital Medan carries outpatient health services according to the Accreditation standards received by Bina Karsa Psychiatric Hospital Medan.
It is hoped that officers will further improve health services for patients with mental disorders in Bina Karsa Psychiatric Hospital Medan and improve service quality so that they provide a Training System on work skills in the SIRS and RM sections.
