Abstract

Connecting with more health services grows in the community, start from the government to privately owned, it can be competitive among the health institution. The main problem in a health institution depends on the service health that is given to the patients. This research aims to analyze and clarify of causal influence between the independent and dependent variable.
This study used analytic descriptive. The population of this study was all patients who visited Aek Loba accredited health centre Asahan district and had ever used the facility in 2017. The data were analyzed by using univariate, bivariate, multivariate tests.
The result of logistic regression showed that there is the positive influence from manifestation variable (sig = 0.019), reliability (sig = 0.023), responsiveness (sig = 0.020), guarantee (sig = 0.015) and emphaty (sig = 0.017) of patients’ satisfaction. And the variables that most influence on patient satisfaction reliability is variable with a value of exp (B) of 257396.374.
The conclusion of this research showed that the influence on all aspects of patients’ satisfaction at Aek Loba Accredited Helath Centre Asahan district. It is suggested to health centre cadres to keep improving the quality of service to patients, then it can be a model for others. For the head of the health centre conducts training such as excellent service to members of the health workforce conduct health socialization in the form of brochures, leaflets, posters on the importance of health and procedures in medicine. The central and regional governments are also expected to not only increase the number of health facilities and infrastructure, but also improve the quality of health services to meet service quality standards
