Data analysis were done by using logistic regression test at 95% confidence level. The results showed a significant relationship between knowledge variables (ρ = 0.007) OR 3,375, attitude (ρ = 0,000 OR 5,365, availability of clean water (ρ = 0,000) OR 5,265, role of officers (ρ = 0,009) 3,059 OR economic status (ρ = 0,000) OR 5,974 The logistic regression test showed that the variables that influence knowledge (ρ = 0.007), attitude (ρ = 0.014) and economic status (ρ = 0.004) on healthy latrine ownership, but economic status is the most dominant variable in influencing ownership of healthy latrines (Exp (B) = 5,187). Conclusion: dominant economic status affects the ownership of healthy latrines which is 5.1 times the ownership of healthy latrines.
