Abstract
Behavior is very influential on Vulva hygiene that, including knowledge about reproductive health, most people get information about reproductive health via the internet, and that knowledge will encourage them to try to behave properly, which in turn will become a permanent behavior. The better the behavior of one's vulva hygiene, the less the risk of vaginal discharge will occur. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of fertile age women behavior about vulva hygiene with leucorrhoea at Lingkungan VII Kelurahan Pinangsori in 2018.
This study uses an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 57 respondents. The sample of this study uses the total population technique. Data collection uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis technique was done by using Chi-Square Test.
The results obtained from the analysis of data by showing the significance value of knowledge (sig p) = 0.000 <0.05, attitude (sig p) = 0.000 <0.05 and action (sig p) = 0.000 <0.05 so that it can be concluded that there was a relationship of Fertile Age Women about Vulva Hygiene with Leucorrhoea at Lingkuingan VII Pinangsori in 2018.
The conclusion of this study shows that there is a behavioral relationship in reproductive age women about Vulva Hygiene with Leucorrhoea in Lingkungan VII of Pinangsori. It is suggesed to the health workers in the Lingkungan VII Pinangsori to improve health promotion on the importance of performing Vulva Hygiene with leucorrheoea.
