Abstract
Provided exclusive breast-feeding is acknowledged highly purely, means in this case is a baby shall be fed at least for 6 months without any additional meal or other water drink. It is surely exclusive bread-feeding must be provided during 6 months for recognized contained the worthy nutrition to baby in aged 6 months. A baby as fed with ASI bread-feeding need not any additional meal or water drink such as sugar, juice or drinking water for 6 months.
The objective of this study is to analyze providing ASI exclusive breast-feeding is fed bases to the existence of HR, budget, facilities, public service, planning, empower in field, assessment, controlling, and supervision. In this research involved 4 people as informants they are Head of Puskesmas locally, program person in charge, KIA/KB program coordinator, and included 1 mother of babyi.
The result indicated that HR specifically on ASI exclusive program there not available, unfortunately seen there is no special budget provided for ASI exclusive program. Noted that shortage facilities, there is no public service executive properly as required, not encouraged to involve public participated as due to, without budget planning, encouragement and implementation is so poor, there is no assessment as standard to program progress, there is no supervision outside building. For any control as required mainly only to specific planning and noted a few program specifically for mother of baby.
It is suggestible to Head of Puskesmas and coordinator to specific program ASI exclusive breast-feeding usually prepare own program of planning routine on feeding of breast as required, and encourage to give a routine counseling in make internal supervision, and give valuable advices.
