Abstract
Menarche or the menstruation period is one of the characters that occurs in a female's position as entered into the body of the penis. The episodes of menopause in each woman are buried but they may appear to be affected by many factors but only in the skin. Menopause is the stop phase of the arrest as long as the loss of activity of the ovary is present. The purpose of the study is to find out the relationship between the village menopause and the Forest Tumor in North Tapanuli Regency in 2018.
This research was an analytical survey research with cross-sectional approach. Research was carried out in Lumban of Pangaribuan Sub-District of North Tapanuli Regency from July to September 2018. The population in this study was the whole Menopause women in Lumban Form Village as many as 167 women who had menopause. The samples needed were 63 documents from the calculation of the data with the use of an experimental Stratified Random Sampling with the analysis of the data used instead of statistics and bivariate.
Based on the results of the study, there were 32 respondents who experienced menopause, 32 respondents (50.8%), normal menopause 13 respondents (20.6%), and delayed management of 18 respondents (28.6%), and mothers who experienced early anemia 18 respondents (28.6%), danmenarche normal 17 respondents (27.0%), and menarche slow 28 respondents (44.4%). Based on the results of the Chi-square test obtained the value of the value of .000 <sig α ( .05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
This research conclusion is that there is a relationship between menarche age and menopausal age in women. The earlier menarche occurs, the slower the menopause arises and vice versa. It is recommended for the mother to understand and understand about changes that occur in both the menopause and menopause so that it can overcome the right attitude and actions.
