Abstract
Occupational health and safety is one of the aspects of labor protection that is regulated in shrimp number 13 of 2003. By applying occupational health and safety control technology, it is expected that the workforce will achieve physical endurance, work power and a high level of health.
Occupational safety is a series of efforts to create a safe and peaceful work atmosphere for employees who work in the company concerned. This study is to find out the Determinants of K3 Behavior in the MCC Production Division of PT. Grace of Fajar Rezeki East Aceh Regency in 2018. This type of research was analytical survey research method with cross sectional research design. The sample were taken by using the total population amounted 59 employees in the PKS Production Division of PT. Anugrah Fajar Rezeki Year 2018. Data were analyzed by using univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-square test.
The results of the study showed that the supervisory variable had a significant relationship with K3 Behavior in the PKS Production Devision of PT. Anugrah Fajar Rezeki East Aceh District in 2018, with p-value = 0.011 < 0.05, as well as the Knowledge variable with p-value = 0.024 < 0.05. Attitude variables with p-value = 0.033 < 0.05. And variable availability of PPE with p-value 0.43 < 0.05.
It is suggested to the company to be able to increase the insight of the workers in raising awareness of the importance of occupational safety and health (K3) in the Palm Oil Mill of PT. Gift of Fajar Rezeki East Aceh Regency.
