Abstract
Standards and regulations are something that must be understood by every company and has long been established but the implementation of K3 has not been maximized. This can be observed from the still high number of Occupational Accidents (KAK) and Occupational Diseases (PAK) in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the implementation of K3 in the RSU Inpatient Room. Sultan Abdul Aziz Syah Peureulak in 2018.
The research design used in this study is cross sectional. The population in this study were 66 people and the samples were taken by means of total sampling as many as 66 people. Data collection methods are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression test.
The results showed that perception had Sig 0,038 <0,05 on the implementation of K3 in the Inpatient Room, knowledge Sig 0,045 <0,05 had an influence on the implementation of K3 in the Inpatient Room, the action Sig 0,016 <0,05 had an influence on the implementation of K3 in the Room Inpatient, Sig 0.032 policy <0.05 has an influence on the implementation of K3 in the Inpatient Room and SPO Sig 0.023 <0.05 has an influence on the implementation of K3 in the Inpatient Room.
The conclusion in this study there is the influence of perceptions, knowledge, actions, policies and SPO on the implementation of K3 in the Inpatient Room, while beliefs, attitudes and leadership do not have a significant influence on the implementation of K3. It is suggested that this research can be used as input for the management of RSU, especially the head of the hospital, the head of the installation / section on the importance of implementing OSH by all the implementing officers optimally.
