Abstract

The former research in UPTD Puskesmas Langsa Kota showed that 72% of 25 patients were not satisfied.
The purposes of this research are to analyze the effect of requirements; system; completion time; cost; specification product; officer competency; officer behaviour; the handling of complaints, facilities and basic facilities to patient satisfactions. This research is quantitative research by using cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. Total sample are 96 people..
The research showed that 73% respondent were satisfied. The requirements; system; completion time; cost; specification product; officer competency; officer behaviour; the handling of complaints, facilities and basic facilities had a good answer in successive results namely 67%; 56%; 55%; 70%; 63%;50%;57%;63%;55%. Bivariate test showed that all variables related to patient’s satisfaction.
Based on logistic regression test Variable in The Equation completion time and facilities and basic facilities influenced patient’s satisfaction. Nagelkerke R Square could explainded that 44,6% variables influenced patient’s satisfaction and the remain were influenced the other factors at about 56.5%.
Based on the result of this research, UPTD Puskesmas Langsa Kota has to activate the quality management in order to improve patient’s satisfaction.
