Abstract
Public demandsfor hospital services, including nursing services, are increasing as people become more aware of their obligations and rights as patients. Quality health care is one of the basic needs that every person or customer needs. In order for hospitals to continue to exist amid increasingly fierce global competition, knowledge management is needed to help improve organizational performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of knowledge management factors on the performance of nurses at the Medan Hajj Hospital in 2020. This type of research uses explanatory research which is a study to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. Samples were taken by proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The sample size in this study was 64 nurses in the Medan Hajj Hospitalin 2020. Based on the results of the chi square test, it shows that the significant probability value of the influence of personal knowledge, job procedures, Learning organizational, supervision and training on nurse performance is sigp = 0,000 or <value a = 0.05. This proves that there is an effect of personal knowledge on nurse performance. The variable with the most dominant influence on knowledge management on the performance of nurses is supervision because it has the greatest regression coefficient (B), which is
2,444 with an Exp (8) value of 11,520. It is suggested to improve quality, through training programs in problem solving techniques, in the form of exercisesand case examples so that members of the organization are more disciplined in their thinking and pay more attention to the details of a job.
