Abstract

The basis for pregnancy is normally normal, and resulting in a normal birth, sometimes it is incompatible with what is expected. Pregnancy can be a major problem for thousands of health checks and inadequacies are carried out, starting from K1 examination to K4 examination. Antenatal Care visits (ANC) are needed by the body for growth and development and growth is required for the development of a peaceful pregnancy to deal with the danger or complication of the massacre. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2015 all over the world there were estimated deaths of 303,000 or around 216 / 100,000 live births (KH). The purpose of this is to determine the relationship between factors of K4 visits in pregnant women.
The research design uses cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was third trimester pregnant women which performs K4 visit at Lawe Parbunga Health Center. The sampling used a total sampling technique. The data was processed by using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis, and the samples were 30 people.
The results of the study were obtained by factors related to K4 visits at Lawe Perbunga Health Center, Babul Makmur Sub District, Southeast Aceh District, which was viewed from basic education 6 people (20.0%), intermediate 11 (36.7%), height 13 (43.3%), factors of good knowledge 3 people (10.0%), just 1 person (36.7%), less than 16 people (53.3%), from the support factor of husbands who supported as many as 9 people (30.0%), did not support 21 people (70.0%).
The conclusion of this study shows that there is a significant relationship between education, knowledge, and husband's support with K4 visits in pregnant women of the third trimester. It is suggested to the health personnel to improve counseling and extension of life regarding its importance to carry out visits to the third trimester of pregnancy.
