The results of the 0.039 education variable <0.05 means that education affects the Compliance, the results of the attitude variable 0.011> 0.05 means that the attitude affects the Compliance, the results of the motivation variable 0.002 <0.05 means that motivation influences compliance, the workload variable results 0.228> 0, 05 means that the workload has no effect on compliance, 0.050 <0.05 means that the supervision variable means that supervision affects the compliance, 0.019 <0.05 means that the means and infrastructure affect the compliance, the results of the facility variable 0.003> 0.05 means facilities affect compliance. Compliance = -0.201 + 0.067 (age) + 0.171 (education) + 0.232 (attitude) +0.256 (motivation) + 0.120 (workload) + 0.154 (supervision) + 0.192 (infrastructure) + 0.238 (facility ) = 1,229.
