Abstract
Hiperkes Clinic by PT. Bakti Timah-Pangkangpinang Hospital organizes promotive and preventive service activities for employees in the six working areas of PT TIMAH Tbk. The results of the visit reached 2,303 people (82.2%) out of 3,896 people (100% target), allegedly the implementation of the Hyperkes Clinic services was less than optimal. The research objective is to analyze the optimization of the implementation of the Hiperkes Clinic services.
The study was conducted qualitatively with a phenomenological approach. Key informants were six Hiperkes Clinic doctors, and the main informant was one Head of K3LH Division PT. TIMAH Tbk, one OSCM-Hiperkes coordinator and six employees. Data were analyzed through stages of data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions.
The results of the study showed that the Hiperkes Clinic's services were not optimal, where the implementation of health promotion through K3 counseling, health seminars and poster installation was not well planned because it had not been supported by the number of health promotion personnel and a valid collaboration with PT TIMAH Tbk. The implementation of the MCU periodically and specifically has not yet reached the target, not yet supported by adequate health workers, especially specialist doctors and other officers and consumables. Vaccination activities are appeal and there is no administrative sanction policy that does not follow. Friday gymnastics is more attended by office employees than field employees. Utilization of health services has not been followed by consultation activities at the Hiperkes Clinic.
In conclusion, the implementation of Hiperkes Clinic services has not been supported by adequate health workers, facilities, delay in sending health posters, consumables, application of sanctions for those who do not participate in the Hiperkes Clinic service program. The policy on the number of participating in health education / seminars / exercises every Friday has not been published. It is recommended that the coordination of PT RSBT Team with K3LH PT TIMAH Tbk be improved in the needs of health workers, facilities, clinics to manage their own finances, organize training / workshops effective communication skills, create health service applications and MCU, create gym / fitness facilities in the office environment and make policies sanctions for employees. Hiperkes Clinic needs to implement ISO 45001 OHSAS in the activities of the K3 Management System Program.
