Abstract
Visual Acetate Acid Inspection (IVA) an early detection of cervical cancer. The aim is to analyze the effect of the low IVA examination on women of childbearing age in the working area of the Lubuk Pakam Health Center in 2019.
This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The population is 5043 people and 98 samples. Quantitative data analysis using the chi-square test and multiple logistic regression and Qualitative data analysis. The results of this study showed the IVA examination did not do as many as 66 people with the results of the chi-square test showing variables of education, employment, knowledge, distance to health facilities. The results of multiple logistic regression tests showed the most influential occupational variables with visual inspection of acetic acid in women of childbearing age
The conclusion of this study is that there is the influence of education, employment, knowledge, husband's support and health education with low inspection of Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) in women of childbearing age in the working area of the Lubuk Pakam Public Health Center in 2019 ..
It is recommended that the acetic acid visual inspection inspection program can run optimally through the involvement of parties from the health department and Puskesmas Lubuk Pakam it is necessary to have the involvement of the husband so that in the Visual Acetate Acid Inspection inspection program and health workers also participate in going to the field directly and counseling methods from the door to the door in providing health education
