Abstract

Quality service can produce a satisfaction for the client. If the dimensions of service quality dimensions received are in accordance with the expected service quality dimension elements, the service quality is considered to be good and satisfying. Purpose; find out the relationship between family planning services and the satisfaction of injecting family planning acceptors at Siti Amna Amd Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency. Method; The study design uses analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 33 people and the number of respondents in this study used a total sampling technique of 33 people. Data were analyzed using Chi-square analysis test. Results; shows that respondents who stated that family planning services were good were 18 people (54.5%), but most of them said they were not satisfied with family planning services as many as 17 people (51.5%). Statistical test analysis using Chi-square test through Continuity Correction obtained P value (0.001) <α (0.05). Conclusion; there is a relationship between family planning services and the satisfaction of family planning family planning acceptors at Siti Amna Clinic, Amd. Keb Deli Serdang Regency. It is also expected that midwives at the Siti Amna Clinic, Amd.Keb to increase the level of family planning independence and quality of family planning services with IEC activities about family planning, so that the satisfaction of family planning acceptors also increases. Suggestion; for health workers to conduct counseling about assistants during labor
