Abstract

Integrated Quality Toddler Sickness is an integrated approach in the management of sick toddlers with a focus on the health of toddlers aged 0-5 years as a whole. One of the handling of diseases handled by Integrated Quality Toddler sickness (IQTS) approach. The aim of the researcher was to know descriptively the description of the implementation of Integrated Quality Toddler Sickness activities in Labuhan Rasoki Health Centre.
This research aims to find out clearly and more in depth about the implementation of IQTS in Labuhan Rasoki Health Center with 7 informants, obtained by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation in the field of research, data analysis methods using Miles and Huberman. data reduction, presentation, and verification become a picture of success.

The results of study has not run smoothly. This is indicated by the flow of IQTS is not in accordance with the module, assessment and classification of toddlers sickness not carried out as a whole, follow-up for sick toddlers is not carried out, there is still a lack of infrastructure and equipment and there is still a lack of trained health workers so it is not there is a IQTS team. In addition, maternal compliance in the caring of toddlers under five at home has not been implemented well.
It is expected that Labuhan Rasoki health centre Padangsidimpuan give conselling to health workers to be more skilled to carry out IQTS in accordance with the modules set by health standards and the need for continuous use of IQTS to complete facilities and infrastructure can work well.
