Abstract
Hospital accreditation must be carried out by the TK II Hospital of Putri Hijau Kesdam I / BB Medan regularly to improve the quality of hospital services on an ongoing basis. Achievement of 1st Version of Hospital Accreditation National Standards is carried out at TK II Putri Hijau Hospital Medan I / BB Medan in preparation for the hospital accreditation assessment.
The research objective is to determine the achievement of compliance with Pharmacy services and medication usage where that is one of the 16 (sixteen) standards contained in the 2017 SNARS Version, as well as to find out the factors that become obstacles if there are assessment elements that have not been fulfilled in the context of preparation for the 2017 Version of the SNARS Accreditation Survey at Putri Hijau Kesdam I / BB Hospital I / BB Medan.
This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytic approach. Determination of informants using purposive sampling followed by snowball sampling, as many as 10 people and testing the validity of the data, using the technique triangulation. Data is tracked according to standards and arranged systematically, data obtained from the field based on what has been prepared or filled by the hospital and then the results of interviews, observations, simulations, field notes and other materials
The results showed that the Pharmacy services and medication usage in the national version of the accreditation of the 2017 version of the hospital in TK Putri Putri Kesdam I / BB Medan "is 95.45%.
The conclusion of this study is that the Pharmacy services and medication usage in the National Accreditation Standards of Hospitals in TK II Putri Hijau Hospital Medan I / BB Medan is reached (≥ 80%.).
