Abstract
To improve the performance of human resources of health workers, it is necessary to consider the factors of satisfaction in work. For example, it is assessed from the factors of leadership, motivational factors, and compensation factors. Based on the results of interviews with ten nurses in the inpatient ward at ER Permata BundaMedan Hospitalit was found that six out of ten employees less satisfied with the aspects of supervision carried out by the head of the room to the nurse, the attention of the head of the room to the nurse, the distribution of services that have not been good and there is no reward for the work achieved by the nurse. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and compensation on the job satisfaction of nurses in the inpatient room at ER Permata BundaMedan Hospital in 2019.
This type of research uses an analytical survey method with a cross sectional study approach. The research sample was all nurses in the inpatient ward on duty at ER Permata BundaMedan Hospital. The number of samples studied were all nurses who served in 102 people. Data were analyzed by analyzing univariate, bivariate and multivariate using multiple linear regression test.
The results showed that there were influences of leadership, motivation, and compensation variables on nurses' job satisfaction in the ward at ER Permata Bunda Medan Hospitalby looking at the results of multiple linear regression statistical tests obtainedp = 0,000 < 0,05.
The conclusion of this study states jointly leadership, motivation, and compensation have a significant influence on the job satisfaction of nurses in the inpatient room at ER Permata BundaMedan Hospital. Therefore Managementat ER Permata BundaMedan Hospital need to carry out continuous monitoring and evaluation of the job satisfaction of nurses in the inpatient room.
