Abstract

Third trimester pregnant women who do pregnancy exercise at Hamparan Perak Health Center still needs attention. This is caused by factors of knowledge, occupation, attitude, husband's support about pregnancy exercise. Objective: This study aimed to determine the factors that influence third trimester pregnant women in doing pregnancy exercises at Hamparan Perak Health Center in 2019. Methods: This research type is analytical survey with cross sectional approach. The population was third trimester pregnant women who participated in pregnancy exercise at Hamparan Perak health center totaling 47 people and all were sample by Total Population technique. Data analysis using chi-square test. Result: Chi square knowledge statistical test results with a significant level of sig a .05 results obtained p-value 0,000 <.05, there was the influence of knowledge, chi square work statistic test with a significant level of sig a .05 results obtained p-value 00,000 <0 , 05, there is the effect of work, chi square work statistic test with a significant level of sig a 0.05 obtained p-value 0.004 <0.05, obtained from the results of p-value 00,000 <.05, there was the influence of attitude, statistical test of work Chi square with a significant level of sig a 0.05 results obtained p-value 0,000 <0,000, there was the influence of husband's support in doing pregnancy exercise. Conclusion shows that the factors of knowledge, work, attitudes, and support of the husband affect the third trimester pregnant women in doing pregnancy exercises at Hamparan Perak Health Center.
