ABSTRAK

HUBUNGAN JARAK KEHAMILAN DAN KEPATUHAN MENGOMSUMSI TABLET FE DENGAN ANEMIA PADA IBU HAMIL DI KLINIK PRATAMA RETNO,
JLN SAMURA NO 100 TAHUN 2019

Pendahuluan; Anemia merupakan kekurangan sel darah merah yang ada di dalam tubuh ibu hamil. Menurut WHO 2015 bahwa sekitar 56% dari seluruh jenis-jenis anemia di perkirakan akibat dari defsiensi zat bes. Tujuan; penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Jarak Kehamilan Dan Kepatuhan Mengomsumsi tablet Fe Dengan Anemia Pada Ibu Hamil di Klinik Pratama Retno Kabanjahe Tahun 2019.
Metode; Penelitian ini di lakukan dengan desain penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu hamil trimester II dan III, yang berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total populasi. Analisa data menggunakan analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square.
. Hasil; Hasil penelitian dapat di ketahui bahwa dari hasil uji chi-square diperoleh nilai sig ρ-value 0,017< α(0,05), yang artinya ada hubungan jarak kehamilan dengan anemia. Dan hasil uji chi-square diperoleh nilai sig ρ-value 0,035<(0,05), yang berarti ada hubungan kepatuhan ibu mengkonsumsi tablet Fedengan anemia di klinik Pratama Retno Kabanjahe Tahun 2019.
Kesimpulan; Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan jarak kehamilan dan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fedengan anemia di klinik Pratama Retno Kabanjahe Tahun 2019. Diharapkan kepada klinik Pratama Retno Kabanjahe, semoga hasil penelitian ini dapat menambah informasi dan pengetahuan ibu hamil dalam anemia.

RELATIONSHIP OF SPACING PREGNANCIES AND COMPLIANCE WITH CONSUMING FE TABLETS WITH ANAEMIA ON MATERNAL IN RETNO PRATAMA CLINIC KABANJAHE 2019

Background; Anaemia is a deficiency of red blood cells in the body of maternal. According to WHO 2015 that around 56% of all types of anaemia are estimated to result from iron deficiency. Objective; The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between spacing pregnancies and compliance with consuming Fe tablets to anaemia on maternal at Retno Pratama clinic in Kabanjahe 2019. Method; This research was an analytic survey research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women trimester II and III, totalling 32 respondents with total population technique. Data were analyzed by using univariate analysis with frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with the chi-square test.. The results; The results of the study can be seen that from the chi-square test results obtained sig ρ-value .017 < α = (.05), which means there is a relationship between the distance of pregnancy with anaemia. And the chi-square test results obtained sig ρ-value .035 < (.05), which means there is a relationship of compliance between mothers consuming Fe tablets with anaemia at the Retno Pratama clinic Kabanjahe in 2019.
Conclusion Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between pregnancy distance and Fe tablet compliance with anaemia in Retno Pratama clinic in Kabanjahe 2019. It is expected that the Retno Pratama clinic, hopefully, the results of this study can add information and knowledge of maternal in anaemia.
