Abstract
conditions, which estimates that 85% of work accidents occur is the contribution of unsafe work behavior. The purpose of this study was to find out what is the relationship between OHS promotion with safe behavior in coffee processing workers at PT.KetiaraKopi Gayo in Central Aceh Regency.
The research design was part of the research which contains descriptions of the research flow. This study used analytical surveys with cross sectional approach, the population was 90 with a sample of 47 people, using a sample technique (accidental sampling), namely accidental sampling without planning.
Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the relationship between OHS training and safe behavior has a value of p=.016 (p<.05). The relationship of OHS Message Communication with safe behavior has a value of p=.037 (p<.05). The relationship between Supervision and safe behavior has a value of p=.020 (p<.05). This showed that there was a significant relationship between OH&S Promotion and safe behavior.
The conclusion shows that there is the relationship between OHS training with safe behavior, the absence of communication between OHS messages and safe behavior, the relationship between Oversight and safe behavior. It is suggested that the company not only provide socialization but also counseling.
