Abstract

Introduction The quality of health services refers to the level of health care in creating a sense of satisfaction in each patient. Based on the initial survey conducted by researchers on 9 mothers of Nifas, 5 of them feel less satisfied with midwives Ministry 3 out of 5 respondents said the midwives are not so friendly when entering the treatment of and do not greet patients, 2 respondents said The lack of a midwife's willingness to help the patient to mobilize, and 4 respondents were satisfied because the midwives came every day to be checked in the mother's condition. Research aims to determine the influence of quality of midwife's service to the level of satisfaction of Mother NIFAS in a true partner Rsu Medan year 2019.Research methods;The Design of this research is an analytical survey withcross sectional.The Location of this research was conducted AT RSU Mitra Sejati Medan. The population in this study was all the mothers of the 3rd day Nifas that were hospitalized by 36 people in the Lotus Room RSU Mitra Sejati Medan in March 2019 and sampling techniques with accidental sampling.Data analyzed by Univariat, sufficient with test statisticChi Squareand multivariate with statistical testsBinary Logistic.. Research results;there is a relationship quality obstetric service in terms of responsiveness (p value = 0.039), empathy (p value = 0.014), Physical evidence (p value = 0.025), guarantee (p Value = 0.018), Reliability (p value = 0.003) and multivariate test using Binay logistic test INDICATES There is a influence of empathy (or = 6.087), guarantee (or = 5,839) to the level of satisfaction of postpartum mother in Rsu Mitra Sejati Medan year 2019..Conclusion;there is a quality influence of obstetrics service in terms of empathy for the level of satisfaction of mother Nifas.
