Abstract

ABSTRACT
Pregnancy examination is one of the early prevention efforts to avoid pregnancy risk factors. Ideally, every pregnant woman should check her pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence pregnant women about pregnancy examinations at Lubuk Pakam Public Health Center in 2019.
The design of this research is analytical survey research with cross sectional design. The study was conducted at Lubuk Pakam Public Health Center in 2019. The research period was from April to July 2019. The population was 65 pregnant women and the sample was as many as 65 people.
The results of the study were 17 people (26.2%) lack of knowledge, 31 people (47.7%) had enough knowledge and 17 people (26.2%) good knowledge. Basic education was 4 people (6.2%), secondary education was 58 people (89.2%) and basic education was 3 people (4.6%). There were 49 people working (75.4%) and 16 people working (24.6%), 52 families positive (80.0%) positive family support and 13 people (20.0%) negative family support. Services of health workers were good as many as 48 people (73.8%) and services of health workers less as many as 17 people (26.2%). Pregnancy examination did not do as many as 24 people (36.9%) and did as many as 41 people (63.1%).
The conclusion of the chi-square test results shows that p Value = 0,000 <.05, meaning that there is an influence of knowledge, work, family support and health services on pregnancy examination. It is suggested for respondents to use this research as information and increase knowledge in the factors that influence pregnant women about pregnancy examination.

ABSTRAK
Pemeriksaan kehamilan sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan awal dari faktor resiko kehamilan. Idealnya tiap wanita hamil agar mau memeriksakan kehamilannya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi ibu hamil tentang pemeriksaan kehamilan di Puskesmas Lubuk Pakam tahun 2019.
Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei analitik Dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Lubuk Pakam tahun 2019. Waktu penelitian bulan April s/d Juli 2019. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu hamil berjumlah 65 orang. Sampel berjumlah 65 orang.
Hasil Penelitian pengetahuan pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 17 orang (26,2%), pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 31 orang (47,7%) dan pengetahuan baik sebanyak 17 orang (26,2%). Pendidikan pendidikan dasar sebanyak 4 orang (6,2%), pendidikan menengah sebanyak 58 orang (89,2%) dan pendidikan dasar sebanyak 3 orang (4,6%). Pekerjaan bekerja sebanyak 49 orang (75,4%) dan tidak bekerja sebanyak 16 orang (24,6%).Dukungan keluarga positif sebanyak 52 orang (80,0%) dan dukungan keluarga negatif sebanyak 13 orang (20,0%). Pelayanan petugas kesehatan baik sebanyak 48 orang (73,8%) dan pelayanan petugas kesehatan kurang sebanyak 17 orang (26,2%). Pemeriksaan kehamilan tidak melakukan sebanyak 24 orang (36,9%) dan melakukan sebanyak 41 orang (63,1%).
Kesimpulan hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa nila pValue= 0,000<0,05, artinya ada pengaruh pengetahuan, pekerjaan, dukungan keluarga dan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap pemeriksaan kehamilan. Saran Bagi Responden sebagai informasi dan menambah pengetahuan dalam faktor yang mempengaruhi ibu hamil tentang pemeriksaan kehamilan.
