Abstract
Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition of a person's blood pressure that differs above the normal rate, 120/80 mmHg. Aimed to find out the hypertension drug Angiotensin-Converting Enzym (ACE) class in the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Dr. Pirngadi Hospital Medan.
The study was conducted at the Pharmacy Installation of Dr Pirngadi Hospital Medan in 2019. The research method used was descriptive. Retrieval of data taken in January - April 2019 retrospectively.
The results obtained from the use of prescription hypertension drugs Angiotensin Converting Enzym (ACE) Inhibitors between January to April 2019 were 1,880 tablets were in January 2019 were 292 tablets (15.5%), February was 480 tablets (25.5%), In March there were 537 tablets (28.64%), April 571 tablets (30.4%).
Results of research at the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Dr. Pirngadi Hospital Medan in January - April 2019 that hypertension drug Angiotensin Converting Enzym (ACE) Inhibitors are often used.
