Abstract
The most serious KIPI in Indonesia’s child is anaphylactic reactions, the incidence of anaphylactic events at DPT is estimated at 2 in 100,000 doses, but that is actually an anaphyatic reaction of only 1-3 cases among 1 million doses. The purpose of this research is to know the reaction relationship post-injection to DPT/HB immunization with the attitude of the mother in receiving immunizations in Blang Muling village work area Pukesmas Cot Kuta subdistrict Suka Makmue District Nagan year 2019.
The type of research used is an analytical survey using the Cross sectional approach. Research time from March to September 2019. The population in this study is all mothers who have infants aged 2-6 months in June-July in the village of Blang Muling year 2019. The sampling technique uses a total population of 36 samples, insrumen data collection in the form of questionnaires. Data is analytable with Chi-square test.
The results of the study were obtained from 36 respondents indicating that having a mild reaction of 1 respondent (2.8%), which has a severe reaction of 10 respoden (27.8%) which has a negative attitude of 24 respondents (66.7%) And that has a positive attitude of 1 respondent (2.8%). Sufficient results showed that there is a post-injection reaction relationship with a mother attitude marked by the test result statistic in Get P-value 0.000 < = 0.05.
Can be concluded there is a reaction relationship post-injection immunization with the attitude of the mother in the acceptance of immunizations in Blang Muling the work area of Pukesmas Cot Kuta Subdistrict, District of Nagan 2019 Raya Recommended to mothers who have infants to immunize DPT/HB until complete
