Abstract

ABSTRACT
The skin is a covers the surface of the body and has the main function as a protector from a variety of disturbances and external stimuli. Based on Indonesia Health in 2008 shows that the distribution of outpatients according to the International Classification of Diseases-10 (ICD-10) cause of illness "Skin Disease and Subcutaneous Tissues" amounted 64,557 new patients. The subjective of this study was to determine the amount and type of skin medication used at the Kimia Farma Pharmacy Lubuk Pakam 2019.
The research method was non-experimental research, the type of research used was survey data collection and descriptive data analysis. Data collection was taken observational used the application system at the Kimia Farma Pharmacy Lubuk Pakam with secondary data collection, namely the source of research data obtained through prescription, computer.
From the results of the study showed that the most widely used skin medicine at the Lubuk Pakam Kimia Farma Pharmacy is cloderma medicine.
The conclusion of this research is that prescription skin drugs are lameson, tiriz, topicarecream, motaderm, mufacord, pyotopes, carmed, fungasol, methylprednisolone, cetirizine, salicylic acid, ketomed, and those used at the pharmacy Lubuk Pakam based on the prescription are Lameson drugs, methylprednisolone, cetirizine, salicylic acid, ketomed, and those used at the pharmacy chemist Lubuk Pakam based on the prescription are Lameson drugs. , Tiriz, Cetirizine, Methylprednisolone, and Mufacord. Suggested from this study are for the pharmacy to maintain excellent service for patients who come according to the company SOP standards.

ABSTRAK
Kulit merupakan selimut yang menutupi permukaan tubuh dan memiliki fungsi utama sebagai pelindung dari berbagai macam gangguan dan rangsangan luar. Data Profil Kesehatan Indonesia 2008 menunjukkan bahwa distribusi pasien rawat jalan menurut International Classification of Diseases-10 (ICD-10) di rumahsakit di Indonesia tahun 2008 dengan golongan sebab sakit “Penyakit Kulit dan Jaringan Subkutan” terdapat sebanyak 64.557 pasien baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah dan jenis obat kulit yang paling banyak digunakan di Apotek Kimia Farma Lubuk Pakam tahun 2019.
Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian non-eksperimental, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data survei dan analisis data secara deskriptif. Pengumpulan data diambil secara observasional menggunakan sistem aplikasi di Apotek Kimia Farma Lubuk Pakam dengan pengambilan data sekunder yaitu sumber data penelitian yang diperoleh melalui resep, komputer.
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa obat kulit yang paling banyak digunakan di Apotek Kimia Farma Lubuk Pakam berdasarkan resep adalah obat lameson, tiriz, topicarecream, motaderm, mufacord, pirotop, carmed, fungasol, metylprednisolon, cetirizine, asam salisilat, ketomed, dan obat kloderma.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa obat kulit yang digunakan di Apotek Kimia Farma Lubuk Pakam berdasarkan resep adalah obat Lameson, Tiriz, Cetirizine, Methylprednisolone, dan Mufacord. Saran dari penelitian ini agar pihak apotek tetap menjaga pelayanan excellent terhadap pasien yang datang sesuai standar SOP perusahaan
