ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI MINAT PEMANFAATAN ULANG POLI OBSTETRIC DAN GYNECOLOGY RUMAH SAKIT TENTARA BINJAI TAHUN 2018

Pendahuluan; Mutu pelayanan kesehatan sebagai derajat kesempurnaan pelayanan kesehatan yang sesuai dengan standar profesi dan standar pelayanan dengan menggunakan potensi sumber daya yang tersedia secara wajar, efektif dan efesien serta diberikan secara aman dan memuaskan pasien yang dilayani, kepuasan pasien merupakan perasaan senang bahwa pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima sudah sesuai atau malah lebih baik dari yang diharapkan. Tujuan; untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh Petugas Administrasi, Sarana, Informasi, Akses, Pelayanan Dokter, Pelayanan Perawat terhadap minat pemanfaatan ulang poli Obstetric dan Gynecology Rumah Sakit Tentara Binjai. Bahan dan Metode; penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien Obstetric dan Gynecology, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang responden. Dan analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil; Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap Petugas Administrasi, sarana, informasi, akses, pelayanan Dokter, Pelayanan Perawat terhadap pemanfaatan ulang Poli Obstetric dan Gynecology Rumah Sakit Tentara Binjai tahun 2018. Faktor yang lebih dominan memengaruhi pemanfaatan ulang poli Obstetric dan Gynecology adalah Pelayanan Perawat. Kesimpulan; Dari semua variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat pemanfaatan Ulang poli Obstetric dan Gynecology adalah Sarana, Pelayanan Dokter, Pelayanan Perawat.

ABSTRACT

Analysis of Factors Affecting The Interest of Reusing Obstetric and Gynecology Poly of Binjai Army Hospitals in 2018

Background; The quality of health services as the degree of perfection of health sewvices in accordance with professional standards and service standards by using the available potensial resources that are reasonable, effective and afficient and given safely and satisfying the patients served, is a feeling of being happy that health services are received is appropriate or even better than expected. Objectives; to see whether there was an influence of Administrative officers, Facilities, Information, Access, Medical Services, Nurse Services on the interest in reusing poly Obstetric and Gynecology at Binjai Army Hospital. Material and Method; This type of research uses analytic survey research with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were Obstetric and Gynecologypatients, the sample in this study were 60 respondent and data analysis used is univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis.. Results; The results showed an influence on Administrative officers, Facilities, Information, Access, Medical Services, Nurse Services for the reuse of poly Obstetric and Gynecology of Binjai Army Hospital in 2018. The more dominant factor influencing the reuse of poly Obstetric and Gynecology is nurse services. Conclusion; Of all the variables that affect the reuse of poly Obstetric and Gynecology are Facilities, Doctor services, and Nurse services.
