FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE ACTIVITIES OF THE POSYANDU KADER IN THE WORKING AREA OF JUANG CITY OF BIREUEN DISTRICT, 2019

The development and improvement of the quality of posyandu services is strongly influenced by the participation of the community including cadres. The function of cadres towards posyandu is very large, starting from the stage of pioneering posyandu, liaison with institutions that support the implementation of posyandu, as an implementation planner and as a coach and as an instructor to motivate people who participate in posyandu activities in their area. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the activeness of Posyandu cadres in the working area of the City of Juang Health Center in Bireuen District in 2019.
The type of research used is an analytical survey with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were 135 cadres. The number of samples is 57 cadres randomly selected. Data processing methods are done by collecting, checking, coding and data processing. Data analysis using univariate, bivariate and multivariate.
The results showed age (p value = 0,627), education (p value = 0,011), training (p value = 0,219), incentives (p value = 0,003), knowledge (p value = 0,018), attitudes (p value = 0,191 ), family support (p value = 0,035), it can be concluded that education, incentives, knowledge and family support affect the activeness of posyandu cadres with a value of p <0,05, while age, training and attitudes do not affect the activeness of posyandu cadres with p values> 0,05 , and the most influential variable is the incentive with EXP (β) value 152,117 sig value = 0,003.
It is expected that the City of Juang Puskesmas in Bireuen Regency will be in the context of planning activities and planning for taking policy to increase the activeness of Posyandu cadres.

Perkembangan dan peningkatan mutu pelayanan posyandu sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran serta masyarakat diantaranya adalah kader. Fungsi kader terhadap posyandu sangat besar yaitu mulai dari tahap perintisan posyandu, penghubung dengan lembaga yang menunjang penyelenggaraan posyandu, sebagai perencana pelaksana dan sebagai pembina serta sebagai penyuluh untuk memotivasi masyarakat yang berperan serta dalam kegiatan posyandu di wilayahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keaktifan kader posyandu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kota Juang Kabupaten Bireuen tahun 2019.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kader sebanyak 135 orang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 kader yang dipilih secara acak. Metode pengolahan data dilakukan secara collecting, checking, coding dan data processing. Analisa data menggunakan univariat, bivariat dan multivariate.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan umur (p value = 0,627), pendidikan (p value = 0,011), pelatihan (p value = 0,219), insentif (p value = 0,003), pengetahuan (p value = 0,018), sikap (p value = 0,191), dukungan keluarga (p value = 0,035), dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan, insentif, pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap keaktifan kader posyandu dengan nilai p<0,05, sedangkan umur, pelatihan dan sikap tidak berpengaruh terhadap keaktifan kader posyandu dengan nilai p>0,05, serta variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah insentif dengan EXP (β) nilai 152,117 nilai sig=0,003.
Diharapkan bagi puskesmas Kota Juang Kabupaten Bireuen dalam rangka perencanaan kegiatan dan perencanaan pengambilan kebijaksanaan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan kader posyandu.
