Abstract
Environmental Maintenance is a working program of Labuhanbatu Regency Environmental Office 2018 and the aims are to improve the quality of the community environment in all districts located in the district. The Healthy Behavior Movement that has been introduced previously considered more with statistics, especially regression multivariate type "regression category" with data source 105 respondents in 3 villages selected purposively. The each residential village is represented by 35 respondents. The independent variables that are used Knowledge, Attitudes, Education and Employment variables connected with the Society Participation dependent variable. The result shows that all independent variables have significant influence (p <0,05) except attitude variable to society participation having p value = 0.089 (> 0.05)
The conclusion of the study showed that there is a significant influence of the variables of Knowledge, Education, Attitude and Work on the achievement of Society Participation is participating in the cooperation of maintaining environmental health in Bilah Hulu Sub-district of Labuhanbatu District. The coefficient of influence varies with the value of the knowledge constant of 0,001, the attitude of 0,000; Education of 0,002 and Employment of 0,025.
It is suggested to the Environmental Management in Bilah Hulu District to increase the value of Education to be higher especially in the case of the Environment because this variable that turned out to give positive value increase of Participation of Society in Bilah Hulu District.
