THE AFFECTING FACTORS OF MATERNAL ABOUT THE HIGH
RISK OF PREGNANCY WITH ANTENATAL CARE VISIT AT
WORKING AREA OF STABAT HEALTH CENTER

Based on the 2016 IDHS data, the number of MMR is 305 per 100,000 live births. Efforts to reduce pregnancy-related MMR are to conduct ANC examinations. Based on data from the KIA PWS at Stabat Health Center, it was found that K4 coverage still had not reached its target, namely that in 2017 K4 coverage was at 86% of the 95% target. Visits Pregnant women are contacts between pregnant women and health workers who provide antenatal care to get a pregnancy check. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect maternal about the high risk of pregnancy with antenatal care visits at Working Area of Stabat Health Center, Langkat District in 2018.
The type of this research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The study sample was mothers who were pregnant with a pregnancy aged> 36 weeks at Working Area of Stabat Health Center in Langkat District in August as many as 42 people. The data were analyzed by performing Chi-square analysis test.
The results showed a significant difference between moternal age with the value of 0.005 (<0.05), maternal education with p value of 0.004 (<0.05), the work of mothers with p value of 0.001 (<0.05) , maternal knowledge with p value of 0.004 (<0.05) and there was no significant effect between maternal parity and antenatal care visits with a value of 0.960 (> 0.05). These results conclude that there was influence of age, education, work, knowledge on antenatal care visits.
It is suggested to pregnant women to be regular checkups until at least the standards of antenatal visit at least 4 times, so that the condition of the mother and the fetus can be monitored so that pregnancy and childbirth can run normally
