Abstract

The still high MMR (Mortality Rate) allegedly related to antenatal care
coverage is still far from the defined coverage of 95% coverage. In 2014 K4
coverage from 50.6% to 45.1%. Year 2015 coverage 51%. AKI is still the main
indicator for assessing the success of health building developers, targeting 70 per
100,000 KH by 2030. The Ministry of Health's Strategic Plan 2015-2019, the
government sets a target of reducing MMR in Indonesia 306 per 100,000 KH by
2019. Maternal Mortality Rate AKI) in North Aceh District is still experiencing
fluctuations, 2015: 127 / 100.00 kh, 2016: 222 / 100,000 kh. This study aims to
analyze the decreasing factor of K4 antenatal care coverage in North Aceh
regency which influences antenatal care visit at Buket Hagu Public Health
Center, Lhoksukon Sub-district, North Aceh Regency. North Aceh Regency
coverage of K4 antenatal care in 2015 slightly decreased to 65.4% and in 2016 to
70.2%.
Analytic survey research design with cross sectional approach. The
population in this study were 365 pregnant women. Number of samples in the
study of 186 pregnant women, Data analysis using logistic regression test at 95%
confidence level.
The results showed that there were significant correlation between each
variable with antenatal care visit p-value <0,05, that is knowledge (p = 0,018),
attitude (p = 0,022), tradition and trust (p = 0,000), education (p = 0,033 ), the
health status (p = 0,000) and midwife's role (p = 0,025). Furthermore, through
multivariate analysis, there are four variables that significantly influence the
antenatal care visit that is tradition and trust (p = 0,000), facility health (p =
0,000), knowledge (p = 0,019), education (p = 0,022) while the three variables
namely attitude, (p = 0,329), economic status (p = 0,111), and midwife's role (p =
0,078) affect on antenatal care visit value P = value> 0.005.
Conclusion: Puskesmas can facilitate the availability of facilities that are
standard and easily accessible by pregnant women to perform early pregnancy
test. Suggestion: The Health Office is advised to plan the provision of quality
health facilities and easily accessible by the community. The duty midwife is
expected to provide antenatal services according to minimum standards by
continuously improving the ability and competence.
